Find Support in Group Therapy

Group therapy is where you can find support, feel empowered through sharing your stories and heal through listening to others. My group therapy sessions are generally no more than 10 people that meet either in- person or online. In group therapy you can be your authentic self, connect to your emotions, find new perspectives, and can begin to express yourself in new ways. You can connect with others who have shared similar experiences, and learn how they have overcome similar challenges.

I value the wisdom of the group, and my aim is to elicit discussions from the group so that you can all learn from each other. My groups are unique because I often bring in creative expressions such as poetry, images or quotes that are relevant to topics we are covering to enliven and enrich the discussions.
