Conflict coaching is an opportunity for you to find resolution for a particular issue, either internal or external. This is for someone who would like to gain a deeper understanding of an issue and find inner resolve around it. Although sessions may touch on other aspects and patterns in your life, the focus will remain on the challenge you want to overcome. It is a step-by-step structured process that guides you into finding new perspectives and understandings of an issue.

Sessions are 90 minutes and generally completed within 1-3 sessions
