Creative  art therapy is a powerful tool that can be used to safely express emotions, build confidence and shift perspective.   The art process is for all ages and you do not need to have art skills to participate

Discover healing and self-reflection through somatic therapy, a holistic approach integrating awareness, movement, and breath. By accessing the wisdom stored in our bodies, somatic therapy releases tension, reduces stress, and opens new pathways for new learning and ways of being.
