Couples Therapy
Learn about yourself, your partner, and discover ways to reconnect
Seeking Guidance
Relationships change over time, and the challenges people encounter can greatly affect their dynamics. Significant life events such as career stress, parenting challenges, trauma, financial pressures, or even personal growth can cause friction when partners are not aligned or communicative.
Many of us were never taught effective ways to communicate or resolve conflicts. Seeking guidance can help us navigate these challenges and nurture healing and reconnection
My Practice
I provide a supportive environment for developing and practicing new communication skills. Using creative exercises and guided strategies, you’ll explore healthier, less confrontational approaches that strengthen communication and improve relationship dynamics. These exercises, which can include movement, drawing or role play, encourage a new perspective, helping you open your senses and engage in new, meaningful ways.

Guiding with Empathy and Assertiveness
I combine my therapy and mediation skills to work with couples, adopting a warm, and direct, approach. In couples therapy, I find that empathy combined with assertiveness interrupts dysfunctional patterns and helps couples practice new skills. My work is grounded in evidence based techniques drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Somatic therapies. I focus on helping couples express their feelings and underlying needs, overcome painful interaction patterns, and refocus on what matters most to each individual in the relationship.
